Pricing & Reservations

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (Full Deposit will only be refunded in the case of an imminent named storm, such as Tropical Storm or Hurricane, that will be impacting the event location).
If cancellation occurs 14 or more days prior to scheduled reservation, the deposit will be held as a credit for 180 days. If the credit is not used after 180 days from the original reservation date, the credit will be voided and the deposit forfeited!
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days from scheduled reservation no credit will be given and the deposit will be forfeited!
If a cancellation is needed due to an imminent natural disaster, such as a named Tropical Storm, Hurricane or inclement weather on the day of the event, the deposit will be held as a credit for 365 days. If the credit is not used after 365 days from the original reservation date, the credit will be voided and the deposit forfeited!
Full remaining balance is due on day of the event prior to equipment being setup!
